a. Quotation Format
i Complete the attached Quotation Submission Form and Price Schedule.
ii Provide all requested details including credit terms, delivery arrangements, VAT, and supply time.
b. Currency & Prices
i Quote prices in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR), inclusive of all applicable taxes (specify VAT separately).
ii Price must include transport/delivery to Development Construction & Machinery Authority, Paradise, Kuruwita.
c. Credit Period
i Clearly state the number of credit days offered
ii Suppliers who provide credit facilities will be considered during the evaluation process.
d. Delivery Time
i Specify supply time from receipt of Purchase Order
e.Quotation Validity
i Quotations shall remain valid for up to 2026.06.31 from the submission deadline. If not mension it.
f.Partial Offers
i Bidders may quote for all or part of the items; however, preference may be given to a single supplier for the full list to ensure consistency.
